Thanks so much for your recent visit to the office to give us an update on how to use technology better. We have started to look at how to optimise our site and change the header as you suggested and we are looking at the effectiveness of our search engine that we currently pay a fortune for. We will not renew that once it expires. My thanks for that as it will save us a lot.
You created such a lot of discussion and interest that we never quite got fully onto using blogs and twitter though we touched it enough to know that we can use this to our advantage. As a result of your visit we have employed a part time technology person to help us incorporate more technology into our business though generally I think we are well ahead in this area.
As well the E brochures and Property Gallery which you recommended are having good results for us. The Gallery is a very powerful listing tool as we offer to feature properties and that gives us an edge over competitors who don’t. When most agents offer the same having points of difference can be critical.
Your previous work history compliments the service you have offered to us and your visits always produce positive benefits for us. We appreciate your enthusiasm and commitment very much.
